Client: California Experience LLC (http://www.calipartybus.com)



Problem: Our client, California Experience LLC, is one of the top limo and party bus transportation providers in the country. Their business emphasis is on the west coast primarily in San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. They realized that they needed to expand their business via the online sector, understanding the importance of internet marketing and the attainment of clients online. The design of their site was conceptually and aesthetically pleasing yet the performance and lead conversion goals were not in sight. In addition, they were spending money on a Google AdWords campaign with little to no return on their monthly investment. They decided that they needed to venture past their traditional marketing practices and turned to WebitMD for consulting advice and ultimately a complete makeover.

Solution: After analyzing their current website and industry our WebitMD consultants knew that there was vast room for improvement. California Experience LLC decided to utilize a few WebitMD services including organic Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and Strategic Web Development) for a full fledged internet marketing campaign. Our goal was to combine web developmental changes with SEO strategies in order to lower the bounce rate and encourage users to complete the “Book Online Form” or place a phone call.

Statistical Effectiveness: In just 10 weeks CaliPartyBus.com nearly doubled the number or visitors per week from 460 to 800 visitors. Also, the percentage of new visitors skyrocketed to 77.8% of the entire sites traffic. These new visitors were spending close to 4 minutes browsing the website as opposed to returning visitors spending only 2 minutes.

Result: With such a drastic increase in traffic and new visitors to the CaliPartyBus.com website the bookings for transportation services that they provided nearly doubled. They now feel confident that they can end their prior PPC campaign and traditional marketing practices and, instead, invest their marketing money into ventures with WebitMD that will grow their business. This includes a 12 month maintenance package that will monitor and continually renovate our SEO practices to keep up with changing algorithms.



Client: Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego (http://www.kinlounge.com)




Problem: Our client, The Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is one of the world’s premier hotel companies. Hyatt Hotels subsidiaries own, operate, manage or franchise more than 370 hotels and resorts worldwide under the Hyatt brand. The Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA launched their newest outlet within the hotel in June of 2008 called Kin Lounge. Kin Lounge is a premier ultra lounge located on a spa pool deck overlooking the San DiegoBay and CoronadoIsland. Being a “traditional” and “corporate convention” hotel that the Hyatt brand had created, the difficulties of marketing an ultra lounge within the hotel was apparent. The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego decided to work alongside WebitMD to implement an innovative marketing campaign for Kin Lounge.

Solution: After the Kin Lounge flash based website had been designed and created the aesthetic appeal of the site was in-place yet the traffic and “buzz” surrounding the lounge was not. The solution to these issues was a full fledged Social Media Marketing and Email Campaign. Social Media pages were created and updated on MySpace and Facebook as well as review sites all directing users to various landing pages within the Kin Lounge Website. Events were created weekly on the social networks and throughout the operating season the buzz grew and grew. There was also a weekly HTML email blast that was designed and sent out to the growing database.

Statistical Effectiveness: Within a 4 month span the number of people interacting within the social network pages as well as respondents via the email blast was quickly rising. There was positive “buzz” about the venues operation as well as respondents to the email blast reserving high-priced bottle service reservations. Sales numbers skyrocketed and have continued to grow as the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego remains one of WebitMD’s premier clients.

Result: With positive feedback now fueling the social media fire Kin Lounge has become the top outdoor ultra lounge in San Diego, CA. They now hold a minimum of 4 weekly events reaching capacity numbers of over 450 people.
