Mattan Danino
Founder/Director of Business Development
Mattan Danino is the Founder/Director of Business Development for WebitMD. He is a Certified National eMarketing Associate with a proven track record. Mattan is in charge of coordinating all strategic directions for our clients as well as managing day to day activities of WebitMD. He has over 7 years of web marketing experience developing and coordinating various internet marketing strategies. His consulting expertise on various web strategies for our clients has truly made him stand out among the team.
Prior to founding WebitMD, Mattan began in the online marketing sector with a solid background in web development. He consulted for the acclaimed Milken Educational System in Los Angeles, CA as a Web Developer and database specialist. During that consulting assignment his role was to plan and coordinate among 8 webmasters the needed plan behind a new large scale website and back-end infrastructure. His efforts within that project and following results were impressive.
Mattan later worked as the Marketing Executive for Computer Market Research in San Diego, CA. There his role was to develop the companies email marketing campaign as well as manage the internal CRM system for the sales team. His positive presence was felt and acknowledged company-wide.
Mattan now specializes in internet marketing strategies and online business development. He fully understands the internet marketing process and what is needed for goal conversion on his client’s websites. Mattan has helped numerous companies achieve their online marketing objectives and is an integral part of the WebitMD team.
Mattan graduated from San Diego State University in San Diego, CA with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences in Business Marketing.
David Serna
SEM Strategy Consultant/Project Manager
David Serna is a seasoned Online Marketing Expert with a B.A. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an MBA in E-Marketing from Golden Gate University.
David has actively worked in online marketing since the late 1990’s. Throughout all his years of experience David has worked as a Senior Web Consultant at Baytech, a premier Silicon Valley Internet Marketing Agency, and has owned and successfully sold various e-businesses. David has also effectively implemented various internet marketing projects for companies from all around the globe with an emphasis on Search Engine Marketing.
As a previous business owner, David fully understands that a traffic increase doesn't mean anything without a bottom line increase. Consequently he focuses on not just increasing traffic but also on converting that traffic and assuring a high ROI in every project is achieved.
David Serna is now part of the WebitMD team as the lead SEM Strategy consultant and Project Manager.
Ryan Bauer
Web & Graphic Designer
Ryan Bauer is a Graphic Designer for WebitMD. He has over 5 years experience with design and development implementations and brings a powerful edge to our team.
Prior to working with the WebitMD team Ryan was head of the Marketing and Promotional department for Natural Flavor, a California based event planning company. There he developed and coordinated large events within the greater San Diego area. He was responsible for creating and producing all marketing materials and flyers. With his eye behind the designs Ryan helped bring Natural Flavor to the forefront of the San Diego Scene. For the past five years Ryan has focused his graphic design skills onto a digital platform and has been designing and developing websites for an array of clientele.
With Ryan’s long history in the field he brings a leading edge to WebitMD. Not only can he produce clean quality websites, he creates websites that get you noticed.
Ryan has mastered industry leading web design and development software including: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, and 3rd party on-page development scripts. He is also fluent in HTML, CSS, Action Script 3.0, and Flash languages.

Gabriel Valdez
Web Development Specialist
Gabriel Valdez is one of our Graphic Designers and Web Developers at WebitMD. He has vast knowledge of Design principles and backend Web Development integrations as well. He offers creativity and uniqueness within designs. He raises the bar on every design to bring something new and appealing to our clients. His development background is extensive which made Gabriel in charge of all Blog and eCommerce solutions for our clients.
Before joining WebitMD Gabriel managed the web marketing campaign and merchant accounts of San Diego, CA based VitalityWeb. VitalityWeb is the leading online retail Health Products distributor in the nation.
Gabriel is fluent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, Wordpress modifications, E-commerce development and PHP implementations. He is also fluent in HTML, CSS, XHTML, Javascript, and Action Script 2.0. Kyle Gosselin
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Kyle Gosselin provides his skills and practices in improving our client’s bottom line. He is a well versed individual with his expertise in SEO strategy consulting and client retention via project management. He holds a dual degree in Health Ecology and Information Systems from the University of Nevada.
Prior to joining on the WebitMD team, Kyle worked for TitanSEO in San Marcos, CA. There he was the lead project manager and in charge of the companies sales process. His experience and interest in the ever-adapting web marketing arena allowed Kyle to begin consulting with clients on their web marketing initiatives. He constantly developed new strategies to aid small businesses become more efficient and productive on the web.
Kyle is involved with all aspects of the WebitMD philosophy in which you may find him out to lunch or dinner with clients reviewing monthly analytics reports. His personal philosophy revolves around long-term relationships and improvement assessments with our clients.
Jacob Risman
Chief Technical Officer
Jake Risman is the Chief Technical Officer for WebitMD. He has over 6 years experience within the IT field and for the past 3 years has immersed himself into web-based IT integration solutions for WebitMD.
Jakes work experience prior to joining the WebitMD teams is profound. He has worked side by side with private as well as public Fortune 500 companies. These include: Grand Thornton, Eli Lily, and Dell. Jake Risman has a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In addition, he has obtained certifications in A+ from Comptia and CTS (Computer Technical Support) certification from BrainBench.
Jake encompasses expert level IT integration experience including: LAMP environments, Linux, Apache, MySql, and Php. He has configured CRM, CMS, ERP, and PHP implementations for some of our WebitMD clients. Before working for WebitMD Jake was a partner within R-Electronics, an IT company specializing in hosting and web development integration.
Jakes biggest facet to our team is his “new age” approach in providing a full service IT solution for our WebitMD clients.
